'Talk-active' Tuesday

 We had our second group discussion today! And again it was initiated by Joju sir; the topic we discussed about was 'Cyber crimes and ways to prevent them.' The topic have soo much importance in today's world which is more or less rotating around the internet. The cyber crimes are rising with the development of usage of internet; in a way that one can't even trust a genuine source or to differentiate between a fraud source with a trusted one. We had a really good time exploring about one of the most poisonous weapon in the world. We discussed thoroughly about the topic, stacked up all the possible information we can produce and noted it down to make it a small report for the presentation in the next class. 



Then Maya ma'am took the class and taught about the qualities and competencies of a teacher. The main points included:

                          * Physical and mental health

                          * IQ, EQ and SQ

                          * Integrity and punctuality

                          * Impartiality

       The next hour we went to library and took some books for the assignments and for making notes.


Ah yes! Here is our Christmas card for the 'card making competition' held my Maths department. A special thanks to Greeshma for making the card soo special.. ;)

Next session was the optional and our Shiny ma'am took the class about the syllabus and gave an idea about it.

Then the next session was taken by Joju sir. We were taught about the importance of e-content. For that sir showed us some motivational videos. It is well defined that the camera, the background musics and even the slightest 'flick' sound of a drop can contribute a lot to the quality of a video, even to the moral that is to be conveyed through the video.

          



Let's call it a day..        

By the way anyone noticed the fancy look of today's date..?? "21-12-21!" ✌ Cool isn't it! ;)

Just a small blog about a sight that caught my attention at my home 😉  Not a butterfly..it's a beautiful Moth known as Curoba   This little Mom was enjoying her motherhood stage laying eggs (those tiny yellow spots are her eggs) on my Crossandra plant (Kanakambaram) and having the nectar offered by the flower in exchange for the pollination she's helping the plant with..and the plant will provide a space for her babies to grow until they spread their wings to fly higher.. Gotta observe them everyday from today onwards!   (nb: anyone having this plant at home can have a sight of Curoba since they are always seems to be associated with this plant..even though it's not a big of a deal it's still interesting😉) .   A little message from the Mother Nature! The way each and every different species co-exist with peace..and what we, the same species struggling and failing on "a peaceful existence"

Felicitations COSMOS!

        "Matha Pitha Guru Deivam"   That's what Cosmos taught us about today. Interestingly it can be said that, this phrase is from the 'Universe' today..but here Physical Science department represented it. Yes, it was their assembly today..which included the inauguration of their association's name 'Cosmos' means the Universe itself. Their efforts payed off. The assembly was 'perfectly perfected' with their pure effort. Their was no time lag, all of them had good voice modulation, well presented, apt flow with confidence. They gave away the prizes for the Christmas day competition held before and as part of the coming 'International Day of Women in Science day' (Feb 11) they have conducted a small puzzle quiz too. It's a new dawn.. It's a new day.. It's a new life😁💙

2022! Yes! our planet completed a trip around our star and started another round and it's 'new' year in here. We had our 10 days Christmas vacation of homeworks. Due to the predictable worst current scenario most of us in the batch had spend their vacation at home and visiting relatives (that includes me too :) ). Therefore we had only very few memories of vacation to share with each other. We had our optional at first hour. Our tutor Shiney ma'am and us shared some vacation memories and then got onto the portions. Today ma'am taught us the important values or functions of Science.       The mind is everything.
