It's a new dawn.. It's a new day.. It's a new life😁💙

2022! Yes! our planet completed a trip around our star and started another round and it's 'new' year in here. We had our 10 days Christmas vacation of homeworks. Due to the predictable worst current scenario most of us in the batch had spend their vacation at home and visiting relatives (that includes me too :) ). Therefore we had only very few memories of vacation to share with each other. We had our optional at first hour. Our tutor Shiney ma'am and us shared some vacation memories and then got onto the portions. Today ma'am taught us the important values or functions of Science.

Then Joju sir took the next 2 hours. Sir started the class with prayer and new year's message. Today, sir continued the portion from the last class about e-content and it's requirements. Sir taught us the importance of e-content in today's evolving educational field and notified us with the fact that in the coming future technologically illiterate mentors may have a higher chance to get replaced with technologically literate mentors and so it is really necessary to have a good hold of this weapon that is modernizing the world now. The class was filled with information mixed with humor making the class more and more interesting. 

Afternoon session was taken by Maya ma'am. Before getting into the lessons, ma'am casually threw a question to us: "why it should be the time during the end of the year Dec 31st that we make new year's resolutions? and what makes it soo special?." As a person who is having no interest in making resolutions new year's eve, I didn't had an answer for it. =D But as from my concept the so called New Year is like a fresh piece of paper for people where they always feel 'safe' to reboot everything they stopped somewhere and to believe themselves that they have rooms to improve and that they can improve themselves..to be more precise 'to start afresh.' Yamuna gave an appealing answer at that time from her experiences in resolution-making. That it was towards the end of the year that she recall everything that has happened so far in that year, and rather than looking forward for making new decisions, first look back to reflect all the things that had experienced and then by taking them into account and rectifying them in the coming year make new hopes. That was quite a point❤❤. Ma'am continued the portion about 'qualities and competencies of a teacher.' Along with the portion ma'am also talked about the things we should keep in mind while facing the class as a teacher and the way to behave to the learners in front of us.

  'We remember 20% of what we see, 30% of what we see and 90% of what we say or do or teach.'   

 

 

After the class we watered our vegetable garden. Just like that, let's water our inner selves with motivation and let our dreams bloom in the consecutive time..
