24/01/2022: Back to offline...?

Image
After a week's breaking chain process..we got back to the offline schedule.. (wondering how long; since we went to the C category today :/ ) The very first hour was delighted with Maya ma'am. We attended the class following covid protocol. Ma'am took aims of idealism which included Indian idealism. The class was as interesting as ever. The class went well. When ma'am took Indian idealism, it was sad to know that we forgot to abstract the some good things to our life that our ancestors taught loong ago. At the end of the class ma'am let us relax a bit of music and dance. Since it was a bit abrupt, we were a little embarrassed..  I swear if it was in the stage with that loud music everybody would've ripped the place πŸ˜‰πŸ˜…πŸ˜…  Next was our optional hour. Shiney ma'am was not able to make it to our class due to some reasons, so we spent out time in library and then writing notes. College Union election is on the board, so we just selected 3 nominees for the desir

12/01/2022: To the youth of today...

It was us, Natural Science department's turn for the assembly today. The day was extra special because it was the first assembly of the year as well as Swami Vivekananda's birthday which was celebrated as 'National Youth Day.'  It was one of our our most awaited event yet we missed many of our mentors to the venue including our beloved principal Benedict sir due to illness 😞. We were able to conduct the assembly without any delays and systematically and yes we made sure that all of us had made the participation for the assembly. We started the event with college anthem and prayer and then proceeded to pledge, thought for the day, news, importance of the week and day, campus news, association logo release and inauguration, book contribution, principal's message and National anthem. The assembly went well more than we actually expected and we are really glad for everyone's present and good words..❤❤ The theme of youth day 2022 is "it's all in mind."

10/01/2022 'Be optimistic!'

Image
We had our optional hour in the morning. The class begun with the prayer by Poornima and thought for the day and vocabularies were presented by Megha. The thought goes like "keep your face to the sunshine, and you can never see the shadow."- Helen Keller  In life, we always have to face the hardships as well as struggles..yes! life may not be easy. Just like the reality that there is shadow wherever light is present, we all have bad things to think of even though we are having good times. But at that time you gotta face the light inorder to escape the sight of the shadow. That implies that we should be able to see the good things rather than worrying about the bad times, to put in simple words 'we gotta be optimistic.' Poornima, Arya and Safana took the seminar during the optional hour. Three of them did their part soo confidently, giving off a 'teacher vibe' ;) .   Afternoon hours were taken by M.Ed scholars. As usual they proceeded with the normal lessons.

07/01/2022: A fun day with 'Art and Theater' session..

Image
We had our optional during the first hour. The class begun with prayer song by me and Lekshmi said thought for the day and vocabularies. Thought goes like 'a problem is a chance for you to do your best' .  Whenever we face something difficult in our life we always have this tendency to step back or even running away from it. But when facing a problem rather than doing the things mentioned before, try facing it and that alone will be enough to fuel you with the urge to overcome it and to do your best.                              Shiney ma'am made us revise about the previous topic we discussed and then taught us about Facts, Principles, Theory and Law.    The next hours until before noon was a whole new experience to us, we had our first 'art and theater' period. Sir was able to take over the class in a leap. No one was left doing nothing..we were all able to enjoy the time to the fullest. We played some interesting games and enjoyed a lott! Time really did flew by

06/01/2022: let's start the day with some Yoga..

Image
A different beginning for the day..we had our first Yoga(practical) class today morning. Stephen sir taught the ways of Yoga through which we can keep our organs healthy; the leg stretching and massaging are the simplest ways. It was sad to realize that our body is getting older faster than our age through today's Yoga class, because many of us was unable to do or did find difficulties in doing some stretching exercises. Hope Yoga can get our body to normal ageing.. 😁   By Yoga you can't always control what's going on outside, but you can control what's happening inside.. The, we had our optional class. It started with Karishma's prayer and thought for the day and vocabulary was presented by Greeshma. Today's thought went like " Once you stop learning, you start dying"    It was said by the world famous Theoretical Physicist Albert Einstein. One who keeps learning stays young, without learning one's brain stops developing; literally 'death'

It's a new dawn.. It's a new day.. It's a new lifeπŸ˜πŸ’™

2022! Yes! our planet completed a trip around our star and started another round and it's 'new' year in here. We had our 10 days Christmas vacation of homeworks. Due to the predictable worst current scenario most of us in the batch had spend their vacation at home and visiting relatives (that includes me too :) ). Therefore we had only very few memories of vacation to share with each other. We had our optional at first hour. Our tutor Shiney ma'am and us shared some vacation memories and then got onto the portions. Today ma'am taught us the important values or functions of Science.       The mind is everything. What you think you become.. - Buddha   Then Joju sir took the next 2 hours. Sir started the class with prayer and new year's message. Today, sir continued the portion from the last class about e-content and it's requirements. Sir taught us the importance of e-content in today's evolving educational field and notified us with the fact that in the c
