Just a small blog about a sight that caught my attention at my home 😉  Not a butterfly..it's a beautiful Moth known as Curoba   This little Mom was enjoying her motherhood stage laying eggs (those tiny yellow spots are her eggs) on my Crossandra plant (Kanakambaram) and having the nectar offered by the flower in exchange for the pollination she's helping the plant with..and the plant will provide a space for her babies to grow until they spread their wings to fly higher.. Gotta observe them everyday from today onwards!   (nb: anyone having this plant at home can have a sight of Curoba since they are always seems to be associated with this plant..even though it's not a big of a deal it's still interesting😉) .   A little message from the Mother Nature! The way each and every different species co-exist with peace..and what we, the same species struggling and failing on "a peaceful existence"   

  Third day of the school induction program @ SCV, we planned to take a look at the whole school. We explored the rest of the classes which isn't open now (LP, UP) & the surroundings, then the labs. All those areas were as perfect as spotless. There ain't a single flaw we can find..everything was like perfectly aligned in every way. The surroundings were all clean and clear..thanks to the cleaning staff there. They are working really hard there. We also found some time to spend with those aunties for some small talks. They were all 13 staffs working there for cleaning and all. They keep the school & its premises spotless. We visited the LP & UP sections. Even though it's not open for the children for the time being, those aunties clean all of them everyday. The classes for the little ones are all brightly coloured with many sorts of animated characters pictures drawn on the walls..which was soo beautiful that we wished only if we could become kids once again to ...

 On to the 2nd day of the induction program. Everyone had one class each to observe today. For the time being, we took some time to explore their class magazines. It was mind blowing..I mean, one can't tell that magazine was done by the children of 14-17year old. It has everything that is needed for a perfect magazine. We were really impressed with the wide different varieties of topics they chose to make the magazine beautiful. Among the bunch of magazines we read, 'Efthalia' really grabbed our attention. The term is a Greek-born one which means 'bloom', 'goodness', 'beginning of something new' etc..to the point!                                             We Natural Science, got a period during the afternoon hour at 11th standard class. The teacher took the class about 'Heart, it's characteristics & about cardio-vascular system.' The class was soo good and extrem...

 Diverting from the daily routine..Instead of waking up @8am I was supposed to reach the school @8am today; not to mention, the attire was that 5.5m long cloth ✌  Thus the first step towards the profession..as a teacher, we stepped forward. There were 10 people including me who opt Sarvodaya Central School, Nalanchira for the induction program. It was quite an experience. We met the Principal Fr. Shanthan and informed about our program. Since it was the exam season the teachers there were in a haste to complete the portions, so all we did was observing the class. In between we asked the teacher some time to interact with the students during the break time. At first when the children there greeted us formally we got a little startled inside..since it was the first for everyone of us 😀. The children showed a good response during interaction which left a really good impression of them in us. They were smart and friendly.. and were well disciplined during the class hours as well ...

        "Matha Pitha Guru Deivam"   That's what Cosmos taught us about today. Interestingly it can be said that, this phrase is from the 'Universe' today..but here Physical Science department represented it. Yes, it was their assembly today..which included the inauguration of their association's name 'Cosmos' means the Universe itself. Their efforts payed off. The assembly was 'perfectly perfected' with their pure effort. Their was no time lag, all of them had good voice modulation, well presented, apt flow with confidence. They gave away the prizes for the Christmas day competition held before and as part of the coming 'International Day of Women in Science day' (Feb 11) they have conducted a small puzzle quiz too. Plus they presented a small roses to all of us ..which was pretty cute :) So.. Kudos to the whole team COSMOS.. After assembly we had our optional. Prayer was done by Shipa and thought by Ancy.
